PURPOSE:To facilitate operation for respecifying a graph display by displaying data within a range set by a start point and an end point within a range which is set by the movement quantity from the start point to the end point according to one end point as a reference. CONSTITUTION:An (x)-axial and a (y)-axial movement quantity (alpha, beta) from the end point coordinates (xe, ye) to one end point coordinates (xw, yw) is found, the coordinates of an enlargement or reduction display frame 8 is found from the movement quantity and start point coordinates, and a data specifying frame 7 and the enlargement or reduction display frame 8 are displayed on a screen. The specification information is confirmed on this screen and then such (x) and (y) that xs<x<xe and ys<y<ye are obtained and stored in a temporary storage area. Then coordinate data after object data is displayed again is computed according to the enlargement or reduction ratio based upon the ratio of DELTAx and the movement quantity alpha and the ratio of DELTAy and the movement quantity beta. |
