PURPOSE:To reduce the width of each element, and also, to increase a resistance value of the whole, by constituting the titled element by connecting in series plural pieces of elements in which one side for constituting a bridge circuit for fetching a signal has been shifted by a prescribed relation. CONSTITUTION:Plural sensor elements consisting of a ferromagnetic thin film resistor are connected in series, and allowed to correspond to one side for forming a bridge circuit for fetching a signal responding to a detection of a leakage magnetic field. Each element has an interval of lambda/4.(2n+1) [n: natural number], respectively, connected in series at every (m).[m: natural number], and forms one side of each bridge. Also, each pair of them is placed at an interval of lambda/2.(2k+1) [k: natural number].
