PURPOSE:To obtain a nice-looking copy by constituting the titled machine so that two pieces of rollers of a pressure means are closed immediately after the tip of a transfer member has been fed in, and opened immediately before said member is fed out. CONSTITUTION:The movement of a photosensitive film 8 is detected by an encoder of a driving motor. The irradiation of an original 2 is started, a pulse from the encoder is counted, and when a prescribed number is counted, transfer paper 10 is fed out, and when the tip is detected by a transfer paper sensor 15, a pressure roller 12 is closed after a prescribed number of pulses have elapsed. When the rear end of the paper 10 is detected by the sensor 15, the roller 12 is opened after a prescribed number of pulses have elapsed. An increase of pressure is contrived by making a pressure area small, therefore, it is desirable that the diameter of the roller 12 is smaller than that of the upper and lower pressure rollers 11, 13. In such a way, nice-looking copying can be executed.
