PURPOSE:To surely check the tool interference by setting a supposed point in separation by a prescribed quantity in the horizontal direction outside a work from a pick feed point and carrying out check for the crossing of a tool offset passage by supposing the pick feed at the above-described supposed point. CONSTITUTION:The first tool top edge passage Pi-1 A B C Qi is obtained in case of pick feed at as supposed pick feed point Qi set in separation by the tool radius R in the direction of X axis outside a work WK from a pick feed point Pi. Then, the tool offset passage Pi-1' A' B' C' Qi' is obtained, and it is checked to form a loop LP or form crossing, and in case of crossing, it is judged that the tool interferes. The cross point Si' is obtained, and the loop passage Si' B' C' Si' is deleted, and the passage Pi-1' A' Si' is used as the tool offset passage free from interference, and the point Si' is considered as the offset point of the point Pi. |
