PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time by constituting the titled system so that one unit of information inputted from a magnetic recording medium of an original copy can be outputted to a magnetic recording medium of plural copy destinations. CONSTITUTION:An instructing information store area 50 stores instructing information containing a medium name of a magnetic recording medium of plural copy destinations and a device class name, an instructing information input means 1 inputs the instructing information, and an instructing information reading means 2 stores the instruction information which is read from the instructing information input means 1, in the instructing information store area 50. A magnetic recording medium input means 3 inputs information stored in an original copy, by one unit each, and a magnetic recording medium output means 4 refers to the instructing information stored in the instructing information store means 5 and outputs the information of one unit inputted from the magnetic recording medium input means 3, to the magnetic recording medium of plural copy destinations having the medium name and the device class name instructed by the instructing information, respectively. In such a way, even if the number of copies is plural, as for an input of the information of one unit from the magnetic recording medium of the original copy, once will suffice, and the copy time can be shortened.
