<p>A device (8) for extracting the cork (4), (5) from a bottle (1) of champagne or the like. The body (9) comprises internal ribs (18) which are forcibly pressed over the grooves (23) by pushing down on the crown (5). It suffices to raise the body (9) while continuing to turn it, in order to extract the cork (4), (5), without even undoing the wire (6).
