<p>PURPOSE:The pressure for pickling is loaded through a flexible diaphragm, set on the bottom of the chamber to vegetables to be pickled to shorten the dehydration time of the vegetables, thus shortening the pickling hours and preventing the damage of the vegetables on the surface. CONSTITUTION:Vegetables or other stuffs to be pickled is placed through the diaphragm 56 on a plurality of the pressure loaders 40-43 and pressed with the press weights 68 at a prescribed pressure downward. Then, the motor 4 is driven to rotate the worm gear 12 to cause the moving element 20 to reciprocate, whereby the pressure loaders 40-43 reciprocate under rotation to press through the diaphragm 56 the vegetable or stuff B at a prescribed pressure. Water is rapidly removed from the vegetables to give pickles in a short time.</p> |
