PURPOSE:To set time with high accuracy by outputting output pulses to plural channels at the same timing. CONSTITUTION:An output pulse generating circuit 1 is connected to a CPU 3 through a bus 2 and consists of a memory 4 which stores a command for output pulse generation sent out of a CPU 3, a sequencer 5, a timer counter 6 which generates a reference time, an output memory 7 which stores an output value of each time of writing by the execution of a command by the sequencer 5, and an output circuit 8 which generates output pulses. Then when the difference between the time indicated by the readout command of the sequencer 5 and reference time is less than the time determined by the output value to the output memory 7, the output value is written in the output memory 7 before the transmission of the output pulses. Consequently, the output memory 7 outputs the pulses in synchronism with a timer counter 6, so high time accuracy is obtained.
