<p>Compsn. for acid gas absorbents comprises (A) 99.99-70 wt.% of a polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether compsn. of formula CH3O(C2H4O)nCH3 (n is 1-10) and (B) 0.01-30 wt.% of a cpd. which contains at least one -NH-, phenolic-OH or -S- gp., but not having any alcoholic OH gp. (B) can be a cpd. which contains at least one gp. of formula (I) or (II), where R1-R4 are each H or 1-12C-alkyl gps. (B) is typically N,N'-diphenyl -p-phenylenediamine or N-isopropyl-N-phenyl -p-phenylenediamine.</p> |
