PURPOSE:To obtain a parts mounting device which is simple in its composition and excellent in its working performance for mounting and fixture and in its serviceableness when parts are defective, by interposing a flange part of a decoration panel between a cabinet and a display panel and using screws to fix the display panel and the decoration panel with the cabinet. CONSTITUTION:On a surface where lower holes 1 a are formed in advance, there are mounted the following parts: a cabinet 1 provided with recessed groove parts 1b for use of engagement, a display panel 3 provided with via holes 3a for use of mounting screws, and a decoration panel 2 provided with a flange part 2a for use of mounting engagement. The flange part 2a is interposed between said cabinet 1 and said display panel 3, and screws 4 are used to fixedly mount the display panel 3 on the cabinet 1, and further the decoration panel 2 is fixed with the cabinet 1. Since respective members are thus mounted and fixed without using an adhesive, appearance defect caused by using the adhesive is prevented from occurring, and installation and time for drying the adhesive become needless, so that productivity can be upgraded. Further the decoration panel and the cabinet can be replaced individually when they are serviced.
