PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the switch operation by arranging a soft anisotropic conductive sheet with conductivity in the thickness direction on tandem type or parallel type contact patterns. CONSTITUTION:A soft anisotropic conductive sheet 6 with conductivity in the thickness direction is arranged on tandem type or parallel type contact patterns 2, 2A. The thickness of this conductive sheet 6 can be set to the appropriate value within a range that the sheet 6 is not brought into contact with the upper side contact pattern 5 under the switch-off state. When the sheet 6 is arranged so as to be sandwiched between both contact patterns and a depressing operation force F is applied, the sheet 6 is pressed by the deformation of a base sheet 4 and the movable contact pattern 5 and brought into contact astride the lower side contact patterns 2, 2A. A current flows between the contact pattern 2, 2A by the conductivity in the thickness direction, and a switch-on state is obtained. The switch operation and the switch movement thereby match, and a trouble such as malfunction can be prevented.
