PURPOSE:To obtain components where their wire-wound resistance is low and their quality factor (Q) is high and further, the inductance is high even when there is no magnetic core with them and their frequency characteristics and the like are excellent by mounting a coil which is formed with superconductive ceramic materials. CONSTITUTION:A coil 25 which is formed of superconductive ceramic materials is mounted. In other words, the coil 25 which is formed with the superconductive ceramic materials is mounted and a shield 65 made of the superconductive ceramic materials is provided so that it may cover the coil 25. For example, a coil layer 25 of a laminated chip coil 1 having the coil layer 25, a magnetic substance 3 as well as a pair of electrodes 41 and 45 is formed of the superconductive ceramic materials. In other words, a shield layer 65 of the superconductive ceramic materials is formed on the laminated chip coil that is made in like manner above mentioned by using a non-magnetic insulator 35 through an insulating layer 5 without using the magnetic substance. |
