PURPOSE:To aim at achieving easiness of assembling work and mass- producibility by assembling parts of a small number and a simple structure and shielding wire connected parts. CONSTITUTION:The conductor of the title is composed of a shield type electric connector 10, a shield cover member 30 to be disposed facing it, a shield hood member 40, an insulating contact 11 enclosing it, an insulating housing 20, an insulating hood 50, a stopping metal 80, and a button part 70, and each part is formed by plastic moulding or metal stamping work, where each is of a simple structure, and the number of them is small. For connecting them with each other, cable 60 and the contact 11 are connected with each other by soldering or other relatively troublesome method, but other parts are connected by fitting or engagement by spring force, so they can be assembled easily, and reliability of the result is high. Each part is of a simple structure to be suitable to mass production.
