PURPOSE:To prevent an FM inverting phenomenon without changing the zero- cross point of a normal FM signal by overlapping the fine section of the pulse of the same polarity as the polarity of a fundamental wave at the peak point of the fundamental wave of an FM reproducing signal and sending it to a demodulator. CONSTITUTION:The peak point of the fundamental wave of an FM wave signal is detected with a fundamental wave peak detecting circuit 2 and after a pulse to have the fine width of the same polarity as the fundamental wave is over lapped with the FM wave at this peak point, the pulse is FM-demodulated. Thus, a pulse shape obtained from the same information as the peak point of a reproducing FM signal (a) is overlapped with the reproducing FM signal (a) and over the all frequency ranges where the FM fundamental wave exists, without changing the zero-cross point of a normal FM signal, an inverting phenomenon can be prevented.
