PURPOSE:To provide stable photosensitive and electrical characteristics to a photosensitive body having a photosensitive layer consisting of an electric charge generating material, an electric charge transferring material and a binding resin by incorporating specified pts.wt. of benzoguanamine resin into the binding resin. CONSTITUTION:When a photosensitive layer consisting of an electric charge generating material, an electric charge transferring material and a binding resin is formed on an electrically conductive substrate to obtain a photosensitive body, benzoguanamine resin is incorporated into the binding resin by 2-30pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. binding resin. The reinforcing property of the binding resin and the adhesion of the photosensitive layer to the substrate are improved and the photosensitive body maintains stable photosensitive and electrical characteristics and undergoes no reduction in the sensitivity even after repeated use. |
