PURPOSE:To speed up readout processing by inserting specific delimiting codes into a data sequence and storing it. CONSTITUTION:The data part 41 of a 1st data sequence 4 is set as the data part 51 of a 2nd data sequence, a representative delimiting code part 52 is added behind, it and the delimiting code part 42 of the 1st data sequence 4 is concatenated as a delimiting code part 53 of the 2nd data sequence 5. Thus, the 2nd converted data sequence 5 is written in a data storage means 14 by 1st converting means 13. The representative delimiting code is put in the data sequence which is sectioned with plural kinds of delimiting codes to facilitate extraction processing for the delimiting codes and also speed up a read of the data sequence while the data sequence is sectioned with the delimiting codes.
