PURPOSE:To prevent breakage by a thunder stroke by providing conductor between both electrodes of a chip part and soldering the conductor between the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A chip jumper 1 to be connected with conductor foil 2 on a substrate 4 is metalized with silver conductor 6 between both electrodes 8, 8. The silver conductor 6 is solder plated by cream solder 7 put on it. Conductor resistance by the chip jumper 1 can thus be reduced, and a structure which is sufficiently durable to a thunder strike is achieved.
