PURPOSE:To extend the tube length and improve the cooling efficiency by inserting a curved guide case into a curved tube connected to the bridging tube of a cooling section movably in the radial direction of the curved tube, dividing the case and connecting them with a hinge, and providing the case with a guide roll group inside in the curved guide case. CONSTITUTION:A cable C running in a bridging tube A runs through the guide roll group in the case 4 in a curved tube 1, a guide case 2 is moved in a device 3 to adjust the position of the roll group 5 together with the case 4, and the cable runs through the center of the tube A. The device 34 of the movable support device 3 moves a bar 31 to adjust the position of the roll group 5. Rolls are arranged vertically and horizontally inside the case 4, and the cable is not loosened while running. A bolt 43 is removed, the case 4 is extracted with wheels 41, 42 on rails 21, 22, a half body 4a can be bent via a hinge at the middle position, and maintenance and inspection is facilitated. When a bridging tube with such constitution is used, the tube length of a cooling section is extended, and the cooling efficiency can be improved.
