PURPOSE:To make malfunction prevention perfect by inhibiting not only a keyboard from being locked, but also a reset switch and a mouse from operating. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 1 is locked, a signal line 11 falls to a low level to cut off gates 7 and 9, so mouse interruption is inhibited from being sent from a mouse interface 6 to an interruption control part 8 and a reset signal from a reset switch interface 3 is inhibited from being sent to a reset output line 10. Further, the keyboard 5 is inhibited from operating when the signal line 11 falls to the low level. Consequently, not only the keyboard, but also the mouse and reset switch are inhibited from operating, thereby precluding malfunction completely.
