摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the mounting density of optical parts by allowing laser light to intersect with a scanning plane in the same plane. CONSTITUTION:An optical system is constituted of an optical modulation element (AOM) 2 for changing the passing direction of a laser light 1, lenses 3, 4 for enlarging the laser light 1 which has passed through the AOM 2, a mirror 5 for reflecting the laser light 1 which has passed through the lens, 4, a rotary polygon mirror 6 for reflecting and scanning the laser light 1 reflected by the mirror 5, an Ftheta lens 7 which gas been worked so as to become l=ftheta, when image height l in the final image surface against an incident angle theta of the scanning laser light 1 is focal distance (f) of the lens, a photodetector 9 for detecting a scanning start position of the light, etc. Also, it is constituted so that the laser light 1 for passing through between the lenses 3, 4 and the light 1 which has passed through the Ftheta lens 7 intersect in the scanning plane. In such a way, the mounting density is improved, and a size of the whole device is reduced remarkably.
