PURPOSE:To reduce the occupied space of a device by forming a discharge space for discharging printed paper between the operating face of a case body and a paper feeding cassette and loading/unloading the cassette from the operation face side through the discharge space. CONSTITUTION:The discharge space 46 for discharging printed paper is positioned on the operation face (front) side bottom of the case body, i.e. the lower part of an illuminating system, and the paper feeding cassette 48 for storing paper 50 is positioned on the bottom part of the case body 10 in the depth of the discharge space 46. A paper discharge tray 52 is unitedly coupled with the cassette 48 and both the tray 52 and cassette 48 can be unitedly reciprocated between a paper discharge port 16 and the operation face. When the tray 52 is pulled up from the port 16 to the operation face side, the cassette 48 is also loaded from the port 16 to the operation face, so that new printing paper 50 can be supplied to the cassette 48 under said state. Since the formation of spaces for paper feeding on the right and left sides or rear side is unnecessary, the space occupied by the device can be reduced.
