发明名称 HEATING METHOD FOR LOW TEMPERATURE SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively heat a substance having complicated shape or large size by low level energy, by generating high speed gas/liquid-two layer flow by injecting hot water with high temp. and high pressure and colliding this flow against surface of the low temp. substance. CONSTITUTION:The hot water in a hot water drum 4 is injected to the substance 11 to be heated from a nozzle 10 of injecting pipe 12 through a flow control valve 9. The hot water is under high temp. and high pressure condition exceeding 100 deg.C in the hot water drum 4 and at the time of injecting the hot water into the air from the nozzle 10, a part of the hot water is vaporized by reducing the pressure, to become gas/liquid-two layer flow. As the gas volume is large as compared with the liquid volume, the liquid is finely smashed and accelerated to high speed and collided against the low temp. substance 11 to be heated. Therefore, heat transfer is effectively executed to even heat conductive face with low temp. Further, even if liquid film is stuck on the surface of the substance 11 to be heated, the heat transfer is effectively executed, because the high speed drips penetrate the liquid film.
