PURPOSE:To facilitate the review of the details of error, by a method wherein, the function of judging and sorting the type of a generated error is added to an error analysis processing part, and an error is outputted together with the type of the error. CONSTITUTION:A data analysis part 5 sends an error type signal to an error- type error data generation part 6. The error-type error data generation part 6 sends an error response signal to an external equipment via an interface part 2, whereby the external equipment identifies the generation of error. In addition, the error-type error data generation part 6 generates error output data as well as error-type data. An error analysis processing part 4 sorts generated errors according to specified types of errors and outputs an error signal with error type information added; therefore, a user can remarkably efficiently cope with the error when reviewing the details of error in the occurrence of error.
