PURPOSE:To carry out change of position for spreading a fertilizer, by changing over a clutch to on when relative revolving position of rotating body for interlock situated at upper part and lower parts dies of transmission of driving mechanism of nursery-planting pawl differs from before cutting off the clutch and turning the both rotating bodies for interlock fully once. CONSTITUTION:The second rotating body 17 is slided to a separated side to cut off interlock between rotating bodies 15 and 17. After the first rotating body is singly rotated, the second rotating body 17 is slided to neighboring side and the operation lever 25 is subjected to pulling treatment so as to interlock both rotating bodies 15 and 17. Connecting rotating phase of the second rotating body 17 in state of clutch 'on' to the first rotating body 15 is changed and adjusted to carry out change and adjustment of position for spreading fertilizer.
