PURPOSE:To enable easy steering operation of vehicle through single operating tool by engaging/disengaging a transmission clutch through moving operation of single operating tool and realizing stop condition, driving condition, reverse condition and turning condition. CONSTITUTION:S1 and T1 in eight limit switches are connected through an OR gate with a control valve in order to operate a left drive clutch, while limit switches S2, T2 are connected through an OR gate with the control valve in order to operate a right drive clutch. Limit switches S3, T3 and S4, T4 are connected through OR gates with the control valve in order to operate a left reverse clutch and a right reverse clutch respectively. When a rolling lever 23 is operated to turn respective switches S1-S4, T1-T4 ON/OFF, a vehicle can be run under various running conditions.
