PURPOSE:To constitute the title sheet so that discoloration is not generated on a reclaimed synthetic resin sheet at the time of reuse of residue in trimming, by providing an unapplied zone for an aqueous size on both side fringe parts of a paper base material. CONSTITUTION:At the time of forming of an applied layer 2 by applying an aqueous size to one side of a paper base material 1, unapplied zones 3, 3 for the aqueous size are provided on both side fringe parts of the paper base material 1. It is especially preferable that a width of the unapplied zone 3 is set up so as to fall within a range of 3-15mm. As the applied layer 2 of the aqueous size possesses activity through remoistening, a forming surface side of a protection sheet is moisten and then the protection sheet is applied to a synthetic resin sheet for press bonding with a rubber roll to stick the surface protection sheet obtained like this to a synthetic resin sheet. With this construction, even if residue in trimming is provided for reuse either solely or by mixing up with fresh resin a yellowish change is hardly noticed on a reuse article and becomes a thing of a high product value.
