PURPOSE:To reproduce the data bit of a leading part dissipated in transferring data in a transmission line or a repeater and to transfer it to a receiver, by reading out repeatedly the data bit fetched between two reset signals outputted from a read reset circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output signal 4b of a reception circuit 4 is inputted to a reception carrier sense circuit 11, and a significant write reset signal 11a is outputted, and the signal 4b is written on an elastic store memory ES12. A leading bit decision circuit 13 decides the leading bit of the signal 4b, and inverts an output 13b if it is '0', and informs the fact that a dissipated bit is an odd number to the read reset circuit 14 and a preamble matching circuit 15. The circuit 14 detects the dissipated bit by a reception carrier sense signal 11b and the output 13b, and outputs two read reset signals 14a keeping the space of the dissipated bit. The circuit 15 inverts the polarity of a presmble bit read out in a first time out of the preamble bits read out for two times from the ES12 by the output 13a and the signal 14a, and outputs an output 15b to a transmission circuit 6, then outputs it to the transmission line 3.
