PURPOSE:To aim at structural simplification and compactification by constituting a transfer and a center differential with a planetary type gear mechanism each and setting up them proximately and concentrically with each other, while setting up these plural select mechanisms in each specific position. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 1 to be connected to an output shaft of a main transmission and a front-wheel drive shaft 2 to be set up concentrically with this input shaft 1, there are provided with a transfer 4, a center differential 5 and each of first and second selector mechanisms 6 and 7, respectively. At this time, the transfer 4 and the center differential 5 both are constituted of a planetary type gear mechanism each, while they are set up proximately and concentrically with each other. And, the first select mechanism 6 is set up at the opposite side of the center differential 5 to the transfer 4. On the other hand, the second select mechanism 7 is set up at the opposite side of the transfer 4 to the center differential 5. |
