PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus which is composed of a thermostatic low-temperature tank, a freely detachable boards which is set inside the tank and a variety of devices which are needed for storing the internal organ and freely detachable from the boards, thus being reusable after sterilization and suitable for experimental purposes. CONSTITUTION:An artificial lung 4, filter 5, pressure sensor 6, pH sensor 7, defoamer 8, organ-storing vessel 9 and perfusion tank 10 into which temperature sensor 17 is inserted, are set to board 3 outside the thermostatic low-temperature tank 1 and these vessels and roller pump 11 are connected with perfusion pipes 12 and the resulting perfusion circuit are filled with the perfusion solution. Each vessel is deaerated, then the board 3 is set inside the thermostat low- temperature tank 1. The excised organ to be stored 26 is held in the vessel 9 and the perfusion solution is circulated by pumping. At the same time, oxygen gas is fed from oxygen tank 13 to the artificial lung 4 to oxygenize the perfusion solution.
