PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in durability and steerability by setting a tire to a standard rim, and specifying the ratio of each bulging value of both edge and central parts of a tread at time till standard internal pressure is charged since a specific rate of internal pressure has been charged. CONSTITUTION:In a tire 1, there is provided with a body part of the carcass 6 turned up around a bead core 2 lying astride a bead part 3, a sidewall part 4 and a tread part 5. And, in this tread part 5, there is provided with a breaker 7 at the outside of the carcass part 6, while in an interval between the body part of the carcass 6 and the turnup part, there is provided with a bead apex 9. And, the tire 1 is set to a rim R after the bead part 3 is fitted in a flange 11. At this time, the ratio of bulging value of an edge part S of a tread 12 and that of a central part M of the tread 12 should be set to more than 2 at time till standard internal pressure is charged since 5% internal pressure of the standard internal pressure has been charged.
