PURPOSE:To provide a disposable low cost simple applicator convenient to keep and carry, by hermetically sealing a porous and elastic holder occuluding a liquid containing an effective component in a laminate bag in such a state that a part thereof is fixed to said bag. CONSTITUTION:A porous holder 1 having elasticity is fixed to the interior of a laminate bag 2 by a fixing part 3 and a liquid wherein an effective component is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent such as water or alcohol is absorbed by the holder 1 to be hermetically sealed in the laminate bag 2. When a tab flange 10 is cut off along a tab cutting port 5 at the time of use to open the laminate bag 2, an application part 8 impregnated with the liquid drug is exposed and, therefore, a press part 4 is held by fingers and the application part 8 is moved to the affected part of the skin 7 to uniformly apply the liquid drug to the affected part.
