发明名称 REFINING METHOD FOR SUPER CLEAN STEEL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve ability of deoxidization and desulfurization and to extend service life of refractory by adding flux specifying the ratio of CaO and CaF2 at the time of producing a super clean steel in a melting furnace using the refractory, which electromelting calcia grain is burnt. CONSTITUTION:The super clean steel is refined in the melting furnace using the refractory obtd. by burning the electromelting calcia grain adjusting grain size. In this refining stage, the flux, in which CaO and CaF2 is main compositions under condition of CaO/CaF2>1.2, is added in the molten steel. Content of acidic oxide components, such as SiO2, Al2O3, in the flux, is desirable to adjust to <=about 10%. By this method, as inclusion, S, etc., in the molten steel are absorbed and removed by both of the calcia refractory and high basicity slag, erosion of the refractory is not developed and the deoxidization and desulfurization can be quickly and efficiently executed.</p>
