<p>PURPOSE:To avoid interference between a coupling section or a coupling shaft and a rear wheel differential gear by arranging the coupling section between the input section of the rear wheel steering mechanism and the coupling shaft at upper front of the rear wheel differential gear. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel differential gear 50 is arranged in the intermediate position between right and left rear wheels in rear section of body, where power is fed from an engine or a transmission arranged in front section of body through a propeller shaft 51 to the dirreferential gear 50 and drives the rear wheels through right and left drive shafts 52. A first coupling shaft 29a led out from a front wheel driving mechanism is arranged below a floor panel 67, while a second coupling shaft 29b passes through a recess 65b in a fuel tank arranged in the rear of body. Coupling section 44 between the second coupling shaft 29b and the first input shaft is arranged at a position in front of the rear wheel differential gear 50 and set off laterally from immediately above the differential gear 50.</p> |
