PURPOSE:To dehydrate moisture in a bucket by joining plural filter plates mounted with lap plates and groove plates by means of bolts to form a cylindrical connected movable filter plate and adhering the outer peripheral face of such filter plate to the inside surface of the filter frame of the bucket of a centrifugal dehydrator. CONSTITUTION:The plural filter plates constituted by mounting the lap plates 2 and the grooves plates 3 to the filter plates 1 are joined by means of the bolts 4 to form the cylindrical connected movable filter plate. The outer peripheral face of the connected movable filter plate is adhered to the inner peripheral face of the filter frame of the bucket of the centrifugal dehydrator and the moisture in the bucket is filtered and removed by utilizing fine gaps 10 press- welded by centrifugal forces. The dredging operation of mud water deposited in water in roadside ditches, etc., is extremely lessened in manpower if this method is utilized for said operation. In addition, the operation is hygienic and the hindrances to road traffic are decreased.
