<p>PURPOSE:To enable uniform supply by preventing generation of creases on a film, by a method wherein a reinforcing material is arranged on one side of a resin film, the reinforcing material is peeled off by joining the other side of the film to one metallic belt, and the one side of the resin film is joined to the other metallic belt for press bonding. CONSTITUTION:A resin film 2 is fed between one side metallic belt 1a and the other metallic belt 1b, press bonding of them is performed with a press bonding roll 3 and a resin composite metallic sheet (belt) 4 is manufactured. In this case, a reinforcing material 5 is arranged on one side of the resin film 2, which is unwound from an unwinding machine 6 and generation of creases is prevented by a tension roll 7. The other side of the resin film 2 is joined to the one side metallic belt 1a by a press roll 8 while applying tension to the tension roll 7 so as to enable uniform supply and the reinforcing material 5 is wound up by a wind-up machine 9. The one side of the resin film 2 is joined to the other metallic belt 1b, press bonding is performed by a press bonding roll 3 and made into the resin composite metallic sheet (belt) 4.</p> |
