PURPOSE:To smoothly execute shifting from cutting to winding while annealing by starting the winding of a tube while heating to lower temp. than the ordinary temp. after cutting and removing the deteriorated tube and after, changing to the ordinary annealing temp. CONSTITUTION:After cutting and removing the deteriorated tube at the time of starting the tube making, the produced good quality tube is heated to the annealing temp. to be possible to wind and cut lower than the ordinary annealing temp. and started to wind to a coiling drum. After that, it is changed to the ordinary annealing temp. to execute the annealing treatment. By this method, the winding operation to the drum can be smoothly shifted from cutting and removing without any trouble. Further, stop of the link is prevented, and operational ratio of the tube making equipment can be improved. |
