PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of the title connecting rod, by holding a mounting metal fitting integrated with a rubber bush at the edge along the internal circumference of a cylindrical portion and not positioning a mounting metal fitting along the entire circumference of an axle metal fitting. CONSTITUTION:A rubber bush 22 arranged in the large diameter cylindrical portion 14 of a connecting rod 10 is formed in such a connecting structure as integrating a cylindrical metal fitting 18 and mounting metal fittings 26, 26 with a rubber elastic body 28. In other words, each of mounting metal fittings 26, 26 is composed of a circular arc style metal plate formed with the nearly same curvature as the internal circumference surface of the large diameter cylindrical portion 14 of the connecting rod 10. Therefore, since those mounting metal fittings 26, 26 do not surround the circumferance of the cylindrical metal fitting 18, and positioned across the preset distance in the circumference direction, the weight of the connecting rod can be reduced by omission of the mounting metal fitting. |
