发明名称 THERMAL TRANSFER COPYING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance a transfer efficiency to obtain a copy with a stable printing density, by a method wherein, a thermosensible ink sheet and a copying paper are carried under pressure by a heating part and a roller, and a blade member with an end face and a side face at an angle of 90 deg. or less is disposed in the tangential direction of a roller pressing position of a thermal head and on the downstream of a copying paper feed direction. CONSTITUTION:An edge 62 of a blade 61 is disposed in the tangential direction of a transfer roller 59 depressing at a heating element end face 51 so as to be approximately 7mm apart from the contact position on the downstream of a copying paper feed direction. Therefore, until a copying paper 12 reaches the edge 62 after it was fed into the space between the transfer roller 59 and a thermosensible ink sheet 55 and heated under pressure by the transfer roller 59 and a thermal head 50 and thereby an ink was transferred to the copying paper 12, the copying paper 12 and the thermosensible ink sheet 55 are fed in close contact with each other for a fixed time. Thereafter, the thermosensible ink sheet 55 changes its direction sharply downwards at the edge 62, but the copying paper goes straight as it is. The angle of the edge 62 of the blade 61 is made smaller than 90 deg. to allow the thermosensible ink sheet 55 to change its direction sharply downwards.
