COATING DEVICE FOR ADHESIVE AGENT FOR GLUING STAGE VENEER LAMINATED MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To enable free selective thick coating of an adhesive agent to scarfed slopes by one-dimensionally executing coating control of a sprayer and driving control of a conveyor by the time limit control by the detection signal of a veneer detector. CONSTITUTION:The veneer 1 positioned with the upward facing scarfed slope 1a on the rear side is continuously conveyed in the fiber direction with the conveyor 2 at the time of coating the adhesive agent to one side of the veneer 1 cut with both ends to the symmetrically scarfed slopes 1a, 1b. The veneer detector 4 is so installed on the conveyor 2 that the front edge and rear edge of the veneer 1 can be discriminated and detected.
