PURPOSE:To enable communication of information between a copying machine group and a managing device and displaying and erasing of maintenance information on the copying machine side by storing the information on use by each using division and the information on maintenance on each copying machine side constituting the copying machine group. CONSTITUTION:Terminal devices 5-8 attached respectively to plural copying machines 1-4 have means for inputting signals which receive the information on using divisions from an information recording medium to be set by users and the information on maintenance showing the state of the copying machines 1-4, such as jamming of paper and the presence or absence of any trouble by each place of generation, as well as devices for storing cumulatively such information in the assigned storage addresses and displaying the same. A means for enabling display and erasure of the information in maintenance when a service man sets a specific card according to need for the purpose of inspection and repair is also provided. A central managing device 9 is constituted to transmit a command, via a twisted pair communication circuit 10, to the devices 5-8 or to receive the cumulative data, to calculate, totalize and store the data for each division and each of the devices 5-8, and to display or print out the content thereof. |
