摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To early detect a failure factor of regeneration by carrying out a circulation consisting of each stage of adsorption, heating regeneration and cooling, detecting a temperature of the adsorbent, and transmitting an accident signal when the temperature in each stage gets out of the specification. CONSTITUTION:The air is introduced in an adsorption column 1, a water and CO2 are eliminated by adsorption thereat, while a regenerated gas from a regenerating heater 3 is introduced in the adsorption column 2, the CO2 and the water are subjected to a desorption, after that, the regenerated gas passed through a by-pass valve 16 is fed to cool the adsorption column 2. At that time, the temperature of adsorbent is detected by thermometers 4 and 5 in the adsorption columns 1 and 2, and if the temp. is lower than the specification when the regeneration heating is completed, a warning for underheating is transmitted and the heating stage is prolonged, if the temp. is higher than the specification when the cooling is completed a warning for insufficient cooling is transmitted to extend the cooling stage, and if the temp. goes up higher than the specification during the adsorption stage the air outlet valves 12A and 12B are urgently shut.</p>
