发明名称 COPPER-CLAD LAMINATED SHEET
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a copper-clad laminated sheet which is superior in detecting function of a magnetic field and magnetostriction characteristics and capable of making mass production industrially, by possessing a conductor circuit composed of powder of an amorphous metal on the surface of an inner layer sheet. CONSTITUTION:A copper-clad laminated sheet possesses a conductor circuit composed of powder of an amorphous metal on the surface of an inner layer sheet. A P-B type alloy can be used as the amorphous metal besides a Si-B type alloy such as Fe-Si-B or Co-Si-B. To form the conductor circuit on a laminated sheet, for example, impalpable powder of an amorphous metal has been kneaded into thermosetting resin beforehand, this conductive paste is cured by performing screen printing of the paste on the laminated sheet. As the conductor circuit composed of the amorphous metal is formed within the copper-clad laminated sheet, the copper-clad laminated sheet is superior in magnetic detecting characteristics. A latticelike conductor circuit composed of the amorphous metal is formed and a magnetic field and magnetostriction characteristics on spatial coordinates can be detected accurately from a space point of view, in the copper-clad laminated sheet composed of by forming the conductor circuits especially on both sides of the laminated sheet linearly in a longitudinal and lateral directions respectively.</p>
