<p>PURPOSE:To enable delicious tea or coffee to be always enjoyed by a method wherein it is checked if the amount of liquid contained in a container is deficient or not and generates an alarm, the liquid is positively boiled and the liquid is kept at a temperature higher than the desired value. CONSTITUTION:Under a condition in which an electrical vibration of for example 4 MHz is always applied from an oscillation circuit 41, if a water level within a container 4 is lower than a sensing part 13 for detecting an amount of water, an electrostatic capacity between a first electrode 15 and a second electrode 16 is decreased and a signal indicating a lack of amount of water is outputted from a switching circuit 42. When the amount of water in the container 4 is more than a desired amount, an LED 19 is illuminated unless a thermistor 7A detects a temperature higher than 97 deg.C and then a state that a boiling operation is being performed is indicated, and a heater 6 may perform a heating of 100% to cause a desired boiling operation to be carried out. If a desired amount of time (for example, 20 minutes) is passed after energization of the heater 6, LEDs 19 and 20 are illuminated together, an alarm 71 is informed and then the heater 6 is rapidly turned off. In turn, when a lower thermistor 7B detects a temperature lower than 85 deg.C, the heater 6 performs a heating of 5% (30 W) of a maximum output and performs a desired keeping of high temperature condition.</p> |
