PURPOSE:To prevent a through current from being generated and to obtain a stable operation, by providing a deformation circuit which generates an output signal having prescribed rise time and fall time corresponding to an input signal, a first control circuit and a second control circuit. CONSTITUTION:The deformation circuit is constituted of an inverter G1 and a capacitor C, and inverters G2 and G3 constitute the first control circuit and the second control circuit. And when the input signal X is inputted, the signal X is deformed to the output signal having the prescribed rise time and fall time via the deformation circuit. Next, the output signal is waveform-arranged based on two threshold values different with each other in the first control circuit G2 and the second control circuit G3. In such a way, the first control circuit G2 and the second control circuit G3 output the output signals with different high level periods and low level periods to the signal X, and supply them to a PMOSFET and an NMOSFET separately. Therefore, no simultaneous ON states of the PMOSFET and the NMOSFET are generated, thereby, it is possible to prevent the through current from being generated and to obtain the stable operation. |
