PURPOSE:To improve flatness of the bottom of a plastic composite member, by constituting the title method so that outsert molding of a plastic main body is performed over a holding plate made of a rigid member to which radial connecting grooves are provided and shrinkage of molten resin is not restricted. CONSTITUTION:Eight dovetail grooves 15... are engraved on a holding plate 14 of a scroll vane 10 of a plastic composite member by arranging equally and radially. Therefore, the title method is constituted so that a part of the plastic member constituting a mounting plate 11 is cast into the dovetail groove 15..., the mounting plate 11 is is stuck close to the holding plate 14 by restricting the mounting plate 11 at the time of shrinkage of the plastics by following to solidification of the plastics, and the mounting plate 11 can not be separated from the holding plate 14, in injection molding. As outsert molding of the mounting plate 11 and a swirl body 13 to the holding plate 14 where the dovetail grooves 15... have been engraved is performed, it does not happen that the scroll vane 10 restricts forcibly the shrinkage in a solidification process of molten resin and smoothness of the bottom of the scroll vane 10 is improved. |
