PURPOSE:To obtain high wave spending quality and stable performance, by providing many lever units, spherical body constituting a connection part of each lever unit and stabilizing discs fixedly provided in each lever unit to constitute an anchor part of truss structure and a floating part of similar structure on the upper part of that anchor part serving as a wave spending stabilizing part. CONSTITUTION:A sea level floating structure, equipped with a runway of an airplane, factory, fisheries base, vegetable cultivating site, housings, etc., is constituted of an on-the-sea platform 1 wide spreading on the sea and a wave eliminating stabilizing part 2 comprising a wave spending bank 2A provided in the periphery of this platform 1 rising, for instance, about 20m above the sea level and an anchor part 2B provided deep in the sea bottom, for instance, about 50m below the sea level. Here the wave spending bank 2A and anchor part 2B are constituted connecting many basic truss units 21A of regular tetrahedron shape extending three lever units 22a-22c from a spherical body 20a and connecting spherical bodies 21a-21c in the point end of the lever units by these lever units, and a wave-eliminating and stabilizing disc 23 is vertically provided and fixed to each lever unit.
