发明名称 HEAT-RESISTANT CO-EXTRUSION LAMINATED BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a co-extrusion laminated body having excellent heat resistance and gas barrier properties and of oil resistance, transparency and odorless properties at the time of a high-temperature, by a method wherein polybutylene terephthalate resin is used as heat-resistant resin layer of an outer layer, polyvinyl vinylydene resin is made into a gas barrier layer and thickness rates each are specified. CONSTITUTION:Both outer layers are made into a polybutylene terephthalate resin layer A and a polyvinylidene chloride resin layer B and a modified polyolefin adhesive resin layer C including the layer A are made into a laminated body by molding them in order of the A-C-B-C-A. The total thickness of the laminated body is decided to fall within a range of 70mum-1,000mum and thickness rates of the layers each are decided to be A=30-45%, C=1-10%, B=5-20%, C=1-10% and A=30-45% according to the molding order. With this construction, the laminated body is superior in heat resistance, gas barrier properties, oil resistance transparency and sliding properties and is of low-smell properties. Therefore, the title laminated body can be made into an appropriate thing as a packaging material especially for the packaging material for edible meat, ham and sausage, for which treatment with high-temperature retort or high-temperature sterilization is performed.
