PURPOSE:To improve bonding strength of an automobile interior upholstery trim made by bonding a base body of polychloride vinyl and a polyester textile cloth together by heat-welding a thermoplastic resin film interposed in between by using polyester as the thermoplastic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:A fabric-like trim is made with a base body 1 of polychloride vinyl (PVC), a polyester textile cloth 5, and a thermoplastic resin film 3 interposed between the former two materials and heat welded so that the polyester textile cloth 5 is applied to the PVC base body 1. As the polyester fiber, polyethylenetelephthalete (PET) is spun and used. In such a trim, the thermoplastic resin film (thin film) 3 is made of polyester. As the polyester, saturated polyester is preferably used which is synthesized by condensation polymerization of main materials of multivalent carboxylic acid and multivalent alcohol. |
