PURPOSE:To prevent damage and scorching of a top plate by providing a table with an actuating means to actuate a switching means and a cooling means to cool the table. CONSTITUTION:When a table 3 is put on the surface 1 of a top plate, a lead switch 5 is put on by lines of magnetic force of a magnet 4. If the switch of an induction heating device 2 is put on to actuate the induction heating device 2, lines of magnetic force generated from an induction heating coil 8 start heating subject matter 11, when heat is duly conveyed to the table 3 by heat conductivity. At this time, the table 3 is cooled by a cooling fan, and temperature rise is restricted, so almost no heat is transmitted to the surface material 1 of the top plate. Damage and scorching of the top plate can thus be prevented if, for example, a pot is put directly on the top plate. |
