PURPOSE:To enable use of the titled circuit for a loop antenna extremely smaller in size than the wavelength of the resonance frequency by using a dielectric material with larger specific dielectric constant so as to form an annular structure and utilizing the circuit near the resonance point of the circulating static capacitance and the self inductance in the inside of the ring so as not to use a lumped constant capacitor. CONSTITUTION:The capacitance C and the inductance L are distributed on the circumference uniformly in the ring 10 made of a dielectric and the circuit is the one-turn loop resonance circuit whose resonance point belongs to the HF or VHF region, and the circuit is used while the circulating static capacitance C and the inductance L of the loop are resonated. Since the resonance circuit of simple one-turn loop is formed by using a material having a larger specific dielectric constant in this way, the circuit is used as an antenna of extremely small size in comparison with the wavelength or as the one-turn loop resonance circuit not giving any electric field externally.
